Delete Your FeatherCalc Account

This website and service are operated by Skrypnyk Serhii, Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП Скрипник Сергій), registered in Ukraine. Contact: support@feathercalc.com.

You have two ways to delete your FeatherCalc account and all associated data.

Option 1 — In-app

1. Open the FeatherCalc app (Web or Android).
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@feathercalc.com from the address registered on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

What data will be deleted

• Your email address and Firebase Authentication record
• Your Pro subscription status stored on our servers
• Any synced calculator settings and preferences

What data may be retained

• Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
• Payment transaction records required by tax law (retained by Paddle or Google Play independently — we do not control these)

Important: cancel your subscription first

Account deletion does NOT automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel through the store where you purchased:

• Google Play: Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FeatherCalc → Cancel.
• Paddle (web): use the management link in your purchase confirmation email or contact support@feathercalc.com.
