Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

FeatherCalc offers a 3-day free trial for new users to evaluate all Premium features before a purchase is required.

2. 14-Day Refund Right (Web purchases via Paddle)

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. This right applies to all Premium subscription purchases made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

3. Purchases via Google Play (Android)

If you purchased a Premium subscription through the Google Play Store, refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's own refund policy, not Paddle's Buyer Terms. You may request an automatic refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase via your Google Play account. Requests outside of this window will be reviewed by us on a case-by-case basis — please contact support@feathercalc.com and include your Google order number (starts with "GPA."). Please note: subscriptions must be cancelled through your Google Play account settings — uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Refunds After the Standard Window

After the standard refund window (14 days for Paddle, 48 hours for Google Play), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, for example where the service has failed to meet reasonable technical standards or where there has been a clear error in the transaction process.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact support@feathercalc.com, or — for Web purchases — use the buyer portal provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email, or — for Android purchases — use the Google Play refund flow. Please include your Paddle or Google Play order number so we can process your request quickly.
