These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeatherCalc (the "Service"), a cost calculator and CRM tool for 3D printing available as a web application at https://feathercalc.com and as an Android application.
The Service is operated by Skrypnyk Serhii, Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП Скрипник Сергій), registered in Ukraine ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are between the minimum digital age (13 in most countries) and the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at support@feathercalc.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
FeatherCalc helps users estimate the cost of 3D prints, manage printing-related data, and run simple CRM workflows (clients, orders, warehouse, statistics). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is intended as a calculation and bookkeeping aid. You are solely responsible for verifying that your inputs, prices, and results are correct before relying on them for commercial decisions.
Android subscriptions are managed and billed through Google Play under Google's Payments Terms of Service. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play account settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FeatherCalc → Cancel). Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. Web subscriptions are billed through Paddle and can be cancelled via the link in your purchase confirmation email or by contacting support@feathercalc.com.
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In summary, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. After that period, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Service, including its source code, design, branding, logos, text, and content, is owned by Skrypnyk Serhii, Individual Entrepreneur, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into the Service (for example, calculator inputs, client records, orders, and notes — "User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely as needed to operate the Service and provide it to you (for example, synchronizing data between your devices). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate the law or the rights of third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of calculations. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be correct in every situation. You are responsible for verifying costs, prices, and other figures before using them for commercial or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skrypnyk Serhii, Individual Entrepreneur, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support@feathercalc.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a legal or security risk. Active paid subscriptions that are terminated due to your breach may not be refunded, except where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to inform users in advance, for example by email to the address associated with your account or by an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to first contact us at support@feathercalc.com so that we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
